Athlete Strength & Agility Training
Youth Athletes ages 12-18 agility and strength training aimed at improving explosiveness, gaining strength, movement efficiency, and injury prevention.
Mondays and Wednesdays 4:15-5:15pm
New session starts Monday, August 15th
$20 drop in per session or $150 for 10 sessions.
Classes are held at 7700 Folsom Auburn Rd.
