Partner & Small Group Training

Sometimes working out with others is just the push you need to stay on track and show up! With this in mind, I’ve set aside a limited number of spaces for in-person partner personal training.

These 2-3 day/week hour long sessions are personalized for your goals with workouts that combine strength training and metabolic conditioning.

Would you both prefer to focus on strength/CrossFit skills/endurance/…? Whatever your goals, we’ll come up with a plan together to get the most out of each session.

Included in your partner training:

  • package or monthly options

  • each 60 minute training session is designed with your goals and fitness level in mind

  • initial assessment with monthly progress check-ins

  • always accessible for accountability and support

  • nutrition and accountability coaching to dial in the 165 hours/week you aren’t in the gym with me

  • and most importantly, amazing results!

Athlete Strength & Agility Training

Youth Athletes ages 12-18 agility and strength training aimed at improving explosiveness, gaining strength, movement efficiency, and injury prevention.

Mondays and Wednesdays 4:15-5:15pm

New session starts Monday, August 15th

$20 drop in per session or $150 for 10 sessions.

Classes are held at 7700 Folsom Auburn Rd.
